Online courses may be offered as either part of a purely online degree, or as individual courses offered in online format. Courses that are part of a purely online degree are normally restricted to students that are in that program. All students taking online courses will need to obtain a Rutgers NetID. NetID’s may be acquired through this website: https://netid.rutgers.edu/activateNetId.htm. Please note that you must be registered and paid before you can acquire a NetID.
